Heating system have been ensured with central heating system by the use of pre-paid calorimeters; cooling system with vrf system by the use of share meters; ventilation system with exhaust fans and heat recovery devices; fire installation with 2 electrical + 1 Jockey pump groups, sprinkler and fire cabinets; utility cold water system with water booster group; and utility hot water system with accumulation tanks and pre-paid hot water meters at the entire building and also natural gas system has been installed.
