As of 01.01.2023, it has been decided to merge Birleşim Mühendislik and Erde Mühendislik under a common management. Mr. Sinan Şahin, who is currently serving as the General Manager of Birleşim Engineering, has been appointed as the General Manager who will be responsible for the management of these two engineering companies. Sinan Şahin graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and worked at Tokar Yapı ve Endüstri, Tesa Tesisat, Alle Yapı, Birleşim Mühendislik, Rönesans Teknik A.Ş., REC Uluslararası. In these companies, he worked as Field Engineering, Site Supervisor, Mechanical Group Supervisor and finally Mechanical Works Coordinator. Since 2018, he has been the Coordinator at Birleşim Engineering, and as of June 2021, he has been appointed as the General Manager of the same company.
