The purchase price of the land and building from related parties on March 31, 2021, was determined as 63.430.000 TL in the obtained real estate appraisal reports. The building costs classified based on the net book value were then deducted from the respective appraisal amount, resulting in the remaining amount of TL 55.502.565, which was classified according to the breakdown provided in the appraisal report. Explanations on the Depreciation and Amortisation Expense are given in Note 24. The useful life periods of tangible fixed assets are as follows Useful Lifes Building 50 years Property, Plant and Equipment 4 - 20 years Vehicles 5 years Furniture and fittings 3 - 15 years Other Fixed Assets 3 years Leasehold Improvements 3 - 15 years As of 31 December 2022, the mortgage information on the tangible assets of the Group is TL 170.892.000 (31 December 2021: 138.618.000 TL).
