The works are completed in 2011. The company undertakes the mechanical works of the Etiler Dünyagöz Hospital, one of the world’s biggest ophthalmic hospitals at the time of its completion. The company undertakes the mechanical works of the Erzurum Shopping Center, Turkey’s first green shopping mall. The company undertakes the mechanical installations of Europe’s first Trump Towers project, located in İstanbul. The works are completed the same year. 2014 2015 Birleşim Mühendislik is awarded a 2012 silver plaque by the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce. The company enters İstanbul Chamber of Industry’s second-tier list of Turkey’s 500 biggest industrial concerns. Mechanical and/or electrical works are completed on the Levent 199 office tower project, on the İstanbul Ataşehir Allianz Tower project (Turkey’s first office tower awarded LEED Platinum certification), and on the İstanbul Levent Nisbetiye On project. The company is included in İstanbul Chamber of Industry’s 2014 second-tier list of Turkey’s 500 biggest industrial concerns. Mechanical works are completed on the “World’s Best Residence” award-winning Quasar İstanbul project. Work is completed on the Atlaspark shopping mall project 2013 The company’s name is changed to Birleşim Mühendislik Isıtma Soğutma Havalandırma Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Birleşim Mühendislik Heating, Air-Conditioning, Ventilation Industry & Trade Inc). Birleşim Mühendislik is awarded a 2012 silver plaque by the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce. A 100% stake is acquired in Erde Mühendislik on 10 December 2013. The company is awarded “Green Building” status at the 2 nd International Green Buildings Summit. Works are completed for the Maslak Spine Tower project in İstanbul and for the Palladium project in Antakya.
