Together with its subsidiary Erde Mühendislik, Birleşim Mühendislik offers a broad array of services as a subcontractor specialized in the electromechanical works of all kinds of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects while also providing consulting and engineering services on their own. The synergies and service competencies created in tandem with Erde Mühendislik give Birleşim Mühendislik substantial competitive advantages and strong growth momentum when undertaking and carrying out the electromechanical works of high added-value construction projects such as hospital and other healthcare facility projects, shopping mall and residential projects, hotels and other tourism-industry projects, mixed-use projects combining residential, shopping- mall, and hotel functions, airports, logistics warehouses equipped with smart systems, high-end apartment complex projects, luxury residential and villa projects, and industrial building projects. Working on complex projects that are equipped with integrated utility systems combined with modern building automation systems compatible with international standards and engineering and security control systems, Birleşim Mühendislik and Erde Mühendislik have the ability to provide whatever services project specifications may demand. Besides working on new investments, the companies work together on the renovation and modification of existing buildings as well. In 2021, Birleşim Mühendislik undertook an IPO of 38.24% of its shares, which have been trading on Borsa Istanbul’s BIST Stars market under the symbol BRLSM since 20 August 2021.
