BİRLEŞİM MÜHENDİSLİK 2023 ANNUAL REPORT 2 INTRODUCTION Together with its subsidiary Erde Mühendislik, Birleşim Mühendislik expands the company’s broad mix of services by enabling it to undertake projects’ electromechanical works and thereby to create more added value. A majority stake in Solar Santral Enerji was acquired in late 2022 to give Birleşim access to the engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contracting business line. Birleşim Mühendislik began to reap the benefits of this acquisition in 2023.
