EVENTS AFTER BALANCE SHEET DATE On 24.04.2024, the company established the Birleşim Kz Company by acquisition in the establishment in order to carry out electrical- mechanical contracting works in Kazakhstan and by paying 350,000 Tenge cash capital within the scope of expansion investment activity. 31.
