BİRLEŞİM MÜHENDİSLİK 2023 ANNUAL REPORT 18 INTRODUCTION OUR AGILE ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS PROCESSES We are an agile organization that manages its operational processes efficiently, designs clear and straightforward workflows, and carries out projects quickly and on schedule. With the benefit of effective decision- making mechanisms, well-equipped human resources, and technological capabilities, our ability to seamlessly manage large-scale construction projects translates into superior project performance. We conduct all of our operations within the framework of processes that integrate all four of our quality management, environmental management, OHS management, and analysis & development systems. An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system developed by our own IT team and incorporating ERP applications that address the special needs of the construction and installation contracting industry enables us to centrally control all of our business processes. Real-time inventorying of a 1,600 m 2 central warehouse next to our headquarters building and of the warehouses at each worksite enables us to keep close track of project quality and costs. 18
