Security Systems Security systems include CCTV systems, burglar alarm systems, access control systems, electronic guard patrol and control systems, gas detection systems, and water leak detection & alarm systems. Communication Systems Communication systems consist of telephone systems, data transmission networks, TV systems, background music & public address systems, paging systems, master clock systems, and intercom systems. Specialized Systems Specialized systems include meeting and conferencing systems, simultaneous interpretation systems, audio & video systems, medical alert & paging systems, electronic queuing systems, information systems, lighting automation, structured cabling, and electrical systems for petrochemical plants and refineries. Fire Detection & Alarm Systems Fire detection & alarm systems are systems that protect buildings against fire by detecting outbreaks by means of heat and smoke sensors, activating mechanical extinguishing systems, and notifying authorities. Reactive Power Compensation Reactive power compensation is the process of balancing reactive power and reducing the phase difference between current and voltage as much as possible. Without it, power distribution systems will be less efficient: transmission lines and cables will draw more current and large voltage drops will occur.
