In preparing the annual report, board of directors takes into account those arrangements made under secondary legislation issued by the Ministry of Trade and other relevant authorities. 5. Responsibility of the Independent Auditor about Independent Audit of Annual Report Pursuant to the provisions of TCC and the Communiqué, our purpose is to express an opinion on whether consolidated financial information provided in the annual report of the board of directors and matters addressed by the Board of Directors in this report are fairly presented and consistent with the Group’s audited consolidated financial statements and with the findings we obtained during our independent audit and to issue a report based on this opinion. Our independent audit has been conducted in line with IAS and independent audit standards as endorsed by the Capital Markets Board. These standards require compliance with the ethical provisions and the independent audit to be planned and performed to obtain reasonable assurance on whether consolidated financial information provided in the annual report of the board of directors and matters addressed by the Board of Directors in this report are fairly presented and consistent with the Group’s audited consolidated financial statements and with the findings we obtained during our audit.
