Their suggestions also include management of those risks based on the Company’s corporate risk profile, reporting, application of precautions for detected risks, their consideration in decision making processes, establishment and integration of internal control systems at this direction. The Committee convenes at least 6 times a year. Since the Company’s stocks started to be traded at the market on 20 August 2021, the Early Detection of Risk Committee prepared 2 reports in 2021.
