BİRLEŞİM MÜHENDİSLİK 2023 ANNUAL REPORT 101 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMPLIANCE REPORT Our Company shows maximum effort to comply with Corporate Governance Principles which is at the annex of Capital Market Board’s Corporate Governance Communique and applies all corporate governance principles which are mandatory. Our Company believes in importance of corporate governance and its contribution to the Company and aims to comply with principles which are not mandatory. However, some principles cannot be applied due to challenges in application at our Company or because some principles conflict with the structure of our Company. Mandatory corporate governance principles per the related legislation that are at the annex of Corporate Governance Communique were adopted and applied during the period ending at 31 December 2023. Maximum effort is shown to comply with those principles which are not mandatory according to related legislation. No conflicts of interest were faced between stakeholders at the current state due to principles not yet completely applied. Corporate Governance Compliance Report (CRF) and Corporate Governance Information Form (CGIF) for the period ending at 31 December 2023 can be reached at our Company’s web site (www.birlesim.com.tr ) under the section called Investor Relations / Corporate Governance and Public Disclosure Platform. Efforts will continue to develop our corporate governance applications including voluntary principles not yet adopted. In case of any changes at CRF or CRF, special circumstances disclosure will be made in addition to giving information at the interim report.
