Their suggestions also include management of those risks based on the Company’s corporate risk profile, reporting, application of precautions for detected risks, their consideration in decision making processes, establishment and integration of internal control systems at this direction. The Committee convenes at least 6 times a year. In 2023, the Early Detection of Risk Committee met 6 times and prepared their reports.
